Students will learn the skills to begin throwing bowls, plates, and mugs on the potter's wheel! Our Learn To Throw course teaches the fundamentals of clay, including throwing, trimming, glazing, and studio safety. Our instructor, Suzanne Morrow, will give you a sound understanding of the art and help you advance to the next level. Course cost is $220, and fired work is $3/lb.

This is an 8 hour class divided into two 4 hour sessions. In the first session the students will design and learn how to felt a 5”x5” finished project. The second session will consist of felting a 3 dimensional mason jar cozy. All materials will be included.
Students are asked to bring a towel to soak up excess water.
