Dotson is recognized for skill in revitalizing a company’s organizational infrastructure, products, and sales/marketing strategies to optimize results - all skills that will serve LPCCA well. She has demonstrated success in business start-ups and turning under-performing operations into success stories.
Dotson moved to Ashe County to be with family and has been an active board member for the past year. As a lifelong entrepreneur, she is a true asset, especially for this start-up
phase of our non-profit.
